This year we have an acclaimed international speaker, Dr. Harvey Castro; motivational speaker, Todd Whitthorne; health records expert Bo Holland, and of course, the renowned urologist, Dr. Pat Fulgham.
They will be speaking on the various ways artificial intelligence is being used in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer and ways you can use AI to help navigate your health journey. There will be exhibitor tables sharing information and a prize drawing for people who visit every exhibitor table. Appetizers and refreshments will be available.
Free Prostate Cancer Screening
There will be a free prostate cancer screening (PSA test) at the symposium in Haggar Hall for men who have never been diagnosed with prostate cancer or for men who are 5 years post-treatment for prostate cancer. The screening will be offered by the Texas Health Resources mobile screening unit.
Richardson Mayor Richardson presents Mayoral Proclamation to Prostate Cancer to NTxPCC Volunteer Bruce Stahl. The proclamation makes the month of September 2022 as Prostate Cancer Awareness Month to raise “awareness of prostate cancer and the importance of prostate cancer screenings.
